Celebrated our Parent's Anniversary by trying the Eat All You Can here at Teppanya Evia. We availed the Regular Rate's at 1600php per head. This includes so much variety of starters, sushi sashimi, and many more sides. You can go for the more premium teppan menu items by simply upgrading. Anyway, the place is clean, the food is delicious, the servings are adequate, and the chef assigned to us was experienced. Top Dishes that we ordered: 1. Salmon Teppan 5/5, the crispy salmon skin was a pleasant surprise 2. Shrimp Teppan 5/5, they already peeled and deveined prior cooking, which is a definite plus for me 3. Salmon and Tuna Sashimi Platter 5/5, fish was fresh. We requested the Aburi version (blow torched) 4. Brazilian Ribeye 4/5, they had this special glaze sauce, which intensified the beefy umami flavor. However, at medium doneness , the steak was already kinda chewy. I will order medium rare next time. I rated service 4/5, a) expect to wait to be seated approx 30 minutes, especially during weekends when they don't take reservations b) order everything you want to try upon seating. Sometimes, the food takes a while to be served c) request for a pitcher of water for you or the group. During my experience, the waiters were too busy, and they couldn't refill our glasses of water on time. Pro-tip, skip the rice, or request the chef to cook you a small portion only. You can order maki or sushi instead. For us, we focused on the meat portion I recommend considering dining here for a solid Teppan Experience.

Easily one of my most memorable dining experience. From their outstanding customer service to the quality of their food. Everything is spot on! Kudos to our waiter Harris for doing an outstanding job of taking care of us during our lunch at Teppanya. The chef was engaging and had a couple of banters here and there that made the dining experience more fun. The beef roll was to die for, but the cha han definitely caught us by surprise. Would definitely go back and recommend this to families and groups of friends looking for a memorable dining experience!

Really good food and entertaining chefs. The steaks were wonderful, the fried rice was delightful, and the sushi's were good. One of the owners was there when we dines and she was very accommodating and helpful. Make sure you line up early to get a slot, it's worth the wait. The only downside was the serving time of the food items that were cooked inside the kitchen. Some of our food orders did not arrived until our time slot ended but it was ok, I just hope it gets better next time. Doesn't totally make our experience horrible. Would still go back and recommend this!

We went here randomly around 1PM on a weekday. We were 2nd on the queue but still needed to wait around 20mins to get in as they are full. We got the regular buffet for ₱1488 as we are not a fan of lobsters and steaks. Supposedly 4 stars but lessen it to 3 stars due to the fact that some waiters are picky/selective when getting customer orders. We were seated on the teppanyaki table with another family who came after us and they started with them for their order but never asked us. We tried to get their attention but nobody approached us for around another 5 whole minutes until the server - Michael, took our order. He was very polite and very accomodating answering all our questions and even recommended us their best dishes. The chef and host are also nice and funny. Food - the teppanyaki steaks are good especially the sirloin and sukiyaki cut which I really like. They are so tender especially the sukiyaki as it just melts in my mouth. The NZ ribeye and brazilian ribeye are a bit chewey. My wife said also likes the miso soup. The ramen is okay but could be better in regards to the broth. The unagi sushi is good too but the smoked philadelphia roll and california king roll is so-so. The beef fried rice has red and green bell peppers which is weird as I never encountered those in Japan but they are nice too. Maybe next time you can ask them not to put bell peppers if you don’t like it. The baked scallops that were served to us at first still smells fishy and raw so we have to return it back. But after bringing it back, wife said it was okay. For ₱1488 per person + around 5-7% service charge, I can say that the food is worth it. You just have to have a really big appetite to enjoy all the dishes. I think getting the premium buffet for the starting price of ₱2888 is a bit steep just to get the lobster and scallops and some steaks. This would have been a 5 star if the rolls, seafood and service are good from the start. But we’ll come back again to eat their sukiyaki and try their other dish like the beef roll!
